SRKay Appoints Vinit Teredesai, Ex-Global Head of Finance HSBC GLT’s, as Advisor for its Global Ventures

Group, a
venture of the multi-billion dollar SRK Group, announces the appointment
of Vinit Teredesai, ex-Senior VP & Global Head of Finance, HSBC GLT’s, as
the Advisor Finance. He would be advising the Group in the areas of strategic
global expansion, value measurement, pricing strategy, financial discipline and
M&A for streamlining the growing global business operations for the group’s
ventures.
Vinit joins as an Advisor to SRKay Consulting
Group from HSBC India, where he was the Senior Vice President – HSDI & Global
Head of Finance GLT’s. Vinit is a seasoned finance professional, having 23 years
of experience spread across technology and manufacturing sectors, has prior to
HSBC, worked with companies like SunGard, Cognizant & Bajaj Auto.

with his entrepreneurial mindset, Vinit brings immense expertise to the table.
This will help shape SRKay’s global financial strategy for its ventures and

SRKay Consulting Group had tasted success in
its first year with its venture ScrumStart, which reported break-even within
the first year of operation and bagged several customers and millions of
dollars' worth of business from global customers in its second year of
operations. SRKay has already launched its first CXM product ‘Serena Way’ last
quarter and has another product focused on employee excellence; ‘SteerHigh’
lined up for launch before Christmas.
Since its inception in September 2016 by Alok
Kumar, a leading name in the technology industry, who started SRKay after his
tenure as the Managing Director of Sears India, the group is leaving no stone
unturned to build the best leadership team. Shortly after the group's
inception, Alok appointed Kesavan Srinivasan, an industry veteran in technology
R&D with patents to his credit, as the CTO of the company. Few months later,
Shriram Viswanathan another seasoned Business Leader from the IT Industry,
joined the company as the Chief Business Officer. The company had recently appointed
Santosh Panicker, prominent Thought Leader & Startup Evangelist, as the CEO
of ScrumStart. Recently, ScrumStart was nominated for the 'Innovator of the
Year' Award by New Zealand leading retailer, The Warehouse Group.
